  Found my new home August 8th and closed on August 31st. We were in fourth gear from the beginning to end. John is a great communicator and was always prompt. He kept me informed where things stood. I knew exactly what was expected of me and as a result, everything went very smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to my family or friends.
