      I worked with a wonderful lady today named Jay Gilkes. Let me just start by saying she went above and beyond phenomenal customer service. She got me a excellent car refinance rate and she saved me thousands of dollars and she helped me cancel my gap insurance to get a refund(still have to get that resolved). But she deserves a promotion and a raise, she treated me like family and answered all my questions and even some I didn't know I had yet. Please everyone go see her and let her be a great help.

      I hate this bank, I also hate this location and I hate the day when I chose banking with DCCU. Every time I come to their drive thru ATM it’s empty. It never has money. Please close this location because it’s useless. 5-6 cars and no one gets any money out of ATM. No option to use atm inside of the bank outside of work hours. How do I get cash on weekends? Why do you call yourself a bank if you’re not? You should be ashamed of yourself. Will never do any business with you again.

      Horrible experience. They didn't ask me what I needed. Waited 40 minutes and then I'm told that they can't help because it's 4:00 even though I had waited and was told to take a seat. I understand you want to go home so why not ask what the customer needs instead of making them wait and tell them to come back. I am a busy person. I took time to come out and get this done. Never again.

      I left one star because zero stars was not an option although for this credit union it should be. My wife and I have both been discriminated against at this branch. They are rude and unhelpful. Today I had to make a credit card payment by phone with a debit card from another credit union due to the fact that I was unable to make the payment online because of problems with their website. This happens almost every month. Today after making my payment I found out that they had debited my bank account for more than I had authorized. After calling back to try and reverse the theft, they are unwilling to return my money. I have had to dispute the charge with the other credit union to get it reversed. Stay away from Delta Community, they are terrible! They discriminate, they steal, and they lie.

      I had a great first experience with this branch! I walked in and was greeted by the two people in the front, one of which gave me valuable information about my account, and the other whom helped get a debit card instantly. They were super nice and greeted others as well. The bank teller was a Peach as well. I'm glad I chose this location.

      Recently open up a new account, today I learned I cannot use my ATM or have access to my deposits until after 30 days. Was not informed on day one. Also I've noticed the staff at the front desk only greet and say goodbye to certain individuals. Training needs to be updated to respect and treat all customers with pleasuretrie.

      Highly unprofessional, the bank teller was extremely loud, and showed no regards to client confidentiality. She then asked me secure information containing my account, all while a previous customer remained at the counter so they can both carry a personal, non professional conversation. I am highly appaled, and I will be contacting the DCCU Regional manager, and HR department. I have never felt so embarrassed, and belittled.

      I had been a member since 2004, for years I been dealing with the ups and down of this bank, no more... From the lack of access to services after hours to having to call to extend my daily limit on a COMMERCIAL (since 2012) account that moves thousands of dollars a month we are soo done... STAY AWAY!! Go to chase... save the headache and problems due to inaccurate banking... this place look modern, but they still operate like a 1982 bank!! Even credit unions back then were nicer!

      Isabel attending drive thru on Monday really rude. Had no urge to help basically saying look on your account through your phone to see what is the amount you need to pay. Did not say have a great day or anything just sent back the tube and that’s it the end of the conversation was “did you want the change back? Or in your account “ so rude if you hate your job that is not my problem.

      I used to have an account here but now come here to access services (deposits & withdrawals for another credit union). With credit unions being smaller with relatively few branches compared to most banks, the "shared branch co-op" is great & convenient (allows banking services for my/your non-local FCU). HOWEVER since the pandemic: this Delta FCU now no longer participates in the shared branch program (-2⭐) I'm my experience (7+ years), they're friendly & helpful at this branch. Without shared branch, I no longer have any reason to come here.
