  I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They are the epitome of unprofessional. I have been trying to get a loan this is day 3 now. The first day working with them was okay, but they never received my documentation so I ended up going into day 2 trying to send it in. I spent about 3 hours or more trying to get someone on the phone just to verify that the received it. The first time I called I was mid sentence asking what I needed to ask and was cut off and put on hold for 15 minutes. I was at work and could not keep sitting on hold so I hung up. I called back and was rudely told to hold. After about 10 minutes I hung up again. Called once more and when the phone was answered the person didn't say anything just put my call on hold. I know that they have called ID because when I hung up and called again the woman answered the phone "You have to hold ma'am" and put me on hold again before I could say anything. I called again. When she answered this time before she could say anything I was trying to tell her I can't keep holding because I was at work. she yelled and said there's only one person and today is their busiest day. Okay that's understandable, but that does not give you an excuse to be rude to your customers. I was told to call back today, and I would be able to speak with an underwriter because I had an issue with something. I just called back and you guessed it "there's only 2 underwriters and today is the day they get the most loan applications so you're not going to be able to speak with them" I'm sorry. I don't care how busy you are. If a customer calls with an issue, you do what you have to do to fix that issue how busy you are does not matter because at the end of the day without customers you have no job because the company is not making money. ESPECIALLY if it is an ongoing issue, and the customer was previously told to call at a certain time to speak to someone. Not to mention the ENTIRE time I was on the phone speaking to this rep there was a baby crying in the background. After I pick up my loan I will be paying it off as quickly as possible so that I do not have to deal with this place again. Unless you have no other options save your time and find somewhere else to go. Although I will say this - Christopher was GREAT. He was very helpful every time I spoke to him.

  Please try us again! WE NEED AND APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS! Call 678-720-9006 option 2 ask to speak with Jesus, Chris, Rosa, Marco, or Carl. Our on line application allows you to upload the documents or you can call ahead and ask for a direct email to the person you speak to. Send them the documents directly and ask to attach to your application. On the day you called we may have been short staffed. We do attempt to approve all but unfortunately some applicants may not qualify at the time they apply.

  Been here since 9 am which is the listed open time no ones here waited a extra 15 min still no one has arrived very unprofessional!

  Very rude. I called and ask about the loan process and procedures and the proof of income. He just kept an attitude and hung up. I'm glad I will not be doing business with them after this

  They are a horrible company. Rude employees and tell incorrect info about your loans
