  Moved to Tacoma, and i by pass 10-15 pawn shops just to come and see them. Best around! They give me the most, but most importantly they treat everyone with respect and integrity! Thank you to the owner moe and all his staff.

  I had somehow accidentally rated this place in the past, however, I do like this place quite a bit. That was until I went in there not too long ago and one of the managers/ owners had taken my ID and looked up my name on review sites and openly confronted me about the 1 star review. At the time I didn't know I had rated this business. I gave it 2 stars now, no more because that was creepy as hell.

  First of all i would like to apologize if i had made you feel uncomfortable, that was definitely not my intention, we always try to create a very positive and comfortable environment for all our customers. The only reason why i had asked you regarding the stars was more to see what we had done in the past so as a store we would be able to correct our selves not only for your future experiences but to make sure we don't make the same mistakes. Also we don't take ids to look up review sites, we had taken your id because it was required to proceed with your transaction. I'm really good with names so that's why it popped in my mind. Please do give us a try again!

  Incredibly happy with the service they provide here!! Lowest fees in the city! The tall guy with the curly hair really knows his shoes will definitely be back again.

  The one thing I expect to do when I leave a pawn shop is have exactly the same thing I came in with when I leave but instead I was given a cz instead of the diamond I had when I entered this store. I wasn't sure right at the time but I have since realized it because I went to the store the ring was bought at and it was a real diamond he gave me papers to look at showing that it was real. I went to the pawn shop he tested it never said anything about a fake diamond he then left the area all together with my ring in his hand and said he was locking the door however I turned back twice and he wasn't at the door it was a girl doing it. Then comes back and acts as if he's checking it again and says at that time it's not real. He got me till I started research and it wasn't a fake diamond he switched it when he left the room so I looked at ring closer and what do u know it was messed with .

  Sorry but seems as if you have the wrong pawn shop. We haven't heard of this nor has anyone spoken to us about this incident, or any incident that has to do with customers items specially a diamond. We also don’t have any doors to lock, except for the front door which is only locked after business hours. Please call the store at your earliest continence.

  I took my daughter in to Cash America Pawn to buy her a graduation gift with limit of 500 dollars . they made no attempt to help or even negoatiate with me. So I was told that Elite Pawn is owned by Mo who I remember in past working at a diff pawn shop in Federal way. I couldn't be any happier with the way I was treated by Robert and bought the gift for 350 which is way less then planned. I must say I will never enter another pawn shop of no matter the circumstances. Thank you

  The owner and employees of Elite pawn seem to run their business with some real integrity you wont find at a lot of other pawn shops. I bought a guitar amp from elite pawn around some 4 months ago and did get around to finally using it and found out that the amp was a little defective. I called elite pawn just to see if they could do anything for me not really expecting much since the return policy had expired 3 months ago. This man runs his business with some real integrity tho I wasn't allowed to return the amp for full price he compensated me half the price of the amp and then allowed me to keep it which is much more than he ever had to do. Now I have a fixable amp which was a good deal anyway ($35) and it only costed half as much as it did to begin with. All in all Elite Pawn is fair place to do your business. I will be going back.

  Great clean store with friendly staff. They don't have junk, only quality inventory. They have great deals, reasonable for previously purchased items...they are definitely not trying to steal from you. I love pawn shopping and plan to be back to Elite to check out their latest.
