  This is the second time we worked with Joe. We refinanced our house before with him and he did an excellent job. When we recently purchased a new house, I thought of him right away and he got us an excellent mortgage rate!   A few months ago I had started researching what the home buying process was like with zero prior knowledge. It was on March 1st around 2 am that I filled out a mortgage calculator or something on Zillow and ended up accidentally sending my contact information to an agent. I went to bed and thought nothing of it, but Joe had taken initiative and reached out to me the next day. I was planning to see if I could look into the possibility of buying a house in June or July. I had no clue where to start, or if I could even do anything so early on. He helped answer any questions and ease any concerns I had with my unique situation. After speaking with Joe, I decided to fully commit to buying a home and I was pre-approved right away. Going through this process with him was extremely smooth. He is incredibly responsive, professional, friendly, and has the best rates. Any time I had a question, he was more than happy to call, text, or email back and forth. I had an offer accepted on a house on 4/11 and I officially close on 6/17. I couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend going with Joe!

  There truly isn’t enough that I could write to express how wonderful our experience was with Joe. The guy answered every message We sent within minutes and never expressed any frustration with our constant questions and inexperience. This was our first ever home we bought and Joe really made this an enjoyable process. To better explain Joe’s commitment to his clients I will share some situations he had with us... we decided to buy a house on a whim, with no idea what we were doing the day before Halloween. He stayed past 6 to complete our pre-approval and allowed us to make an offer in time because of it. The deal didn’t work out and we made another offer on a home two days before thanksgiving. We told him to enjoy thanksgiving and to get all the stuff to us later; he had it to us with in an hour. Joe is patient, kind, knowledgeable and has an unbelievable work ethic. You won’t go wrong with this guy leading the way. I cannot recommend him enough.
