  Nick has been absolutely amazing to work with. No one enjoys navigating through insurance or buying it, but it is a necessary evil. Nick took ALL of the hassle out of the process and made it so easy to understand. When we purchased a new house, he took care of all the small details that can slip through the cracks and made it a seamless transaction.

  We change to Brush Creek Partners about a year ago from a long time agency relationship that had gone stale. To date we are very happy with the relationship with Brush Creek Partners and our agent Sean Robinson. The benefits that we have experienced are summarized as follows: 1. Much better personal relationship with an experienced and knowledgeable agent. 2. Having the benefit of an agency that represents a large number of insurers where the agency can shop for the best coverage at the best cost. 3. A commitment to proactively review our coverage on an ongoing bases to determine that we have the best coverage and related cost for our needs. 4. A commitment to maintain personal contact with our to determine if any thing has changed that would effect our insurance needs.

  Brush Creek and Derek has been great to work with! He's responsive, friendly and always professional. Whether it's changing my payment info, finding me the best rates, or sending me a copy of my card, I know I can count on him. Also, when Derek wasn't available, Sean contacted me to resolve my issue immediately and then Derek followed up. Great job on coverage and follow up! It's rare these days to send one email or make one phone call and have an issue resolved, so KUDOS and thank you for that, too!
