  Michael Payne took excellent care of me, Robin Phillips. He did not quit, no matter the obstacles, until he obtained a rehab loan for my property. He is very professional, knowledgeable and tenacious. He followed up on every concern or issue, answered questions and found solutions. Michael provided excellent financial services and also demonstrated an interest in me and my well-being - he feels like a friend. I have not found anyone else to compare to Michael on any level.

  Mike personally handled everything for us to get us the funding we needed when we had challenges with other institutions. He was able to get us all of the funding needed to acquire our first assisted living facility - Pinecrest Place. We will definitely be doing business with Mike again and highly recommend him.

  Where do I begin. Michael was absolutely phenomenal. He is so fast at responding to any questions that I had. He made me feel comfortable and had a can do attitude from the beginning.   Received a sketchy "THIRD NOTICE" postcard stating some unknown party urgently needs to speak with me.

  Hi Greg, I’m sorry that you continue to receive this postcards in the mail. However, these postcards are not from Elite Capital financing. We share office space with over 25 different businesses in the same building. We have never sent one post card and have no intentions of sending postcards in the mail. We find it very unfair to take the heat for something we simply haven’t done. As you can see we have an excellent reputation and plan to keep it that way.
