  I have been with Elite for a few years and this was my first time financing a car. They have great service and I have nothing negative to say. Everyone's great there, but there's one person who stands out above the rest and that's Rodrigo! He's always so personable and helpful! He is very accommodating and I am happy to have my car financed through Elite. I would recommend them to everyone.

  I have been with Elite Acceptance since 2016 never late on 1 payment and have always had an amazing encounter. I just have to say that anyone who writes a bad review about this company has definitely given the customer service reps some type of grief! They are truly amazing people and are ready to help and lend a hand wherever they can. On July 30, 2018 I spoke with Andrea and she was absolutely AMAZING to speak with. I inquired about where else i can car shop and still be able to do business with Elite Acceptance and her knowledge of where I should go was fantastic, she answered questions that I wanted to ask before I had the chance to ask them. She made me laugh and feel comfortable and she treated me with respect. The employees who work for any type of finance company are under a lot of stress because consumers aren’t always willing to understand or be understanding when gaining information. I have already recommended several people to car dealerships who work hand in hand with Elite Acceptance, and I definitely will be continuing business with them for as long as I can!! Thank you Elite! You’re the best!!

  I just want to say a big thank you to elite, they got me into my Dodge Challenger rather smoothly. they are always there to answer calls, always courteous and polite and they have always resolved any problems. I highly recommend them, they are by far the best car finance company that I have ever dealt with. After 1 1/2 years of being with them, thier customer service has remained exceptional, way more than I expected. Thank you guys again!

  I’m not sure why the other reviews are negative but I had the greatest experience with Kelsie, Colleen and Rodrigo. They are just doing their job. We get accepted by a loan company, they call for more information, explain payments and ways to pay, we agree and we are adults enough to make those payments on time. Kelsie was very quick on getting all the answers she needs for her to complete the process. She was very kind and very patient due to my crazy work schedule. Kelsie was at lunch when I called the 2nd time to finish my last round of questions, so Colleen was able to assist me. She was able to get all the answers that was needed and I had a few questions (I am a new car buyer, so all this is very fresh to me) and she was able to assist on breaking each complicated term and process down to me and made me feel very welcomed. Rodrigo was the one who called me to confirm payments and gave me all kinds of possible ways to send payments. He explained that the number one thing Elite loves is COMMUNICATION. Without communication, there is nothing. So for new people out there, if you cannot make a payment or in need of help, please communicate to your loan company and they will do their best to be flexible.

  Company is good for low monthly payments, but as far as customer service goes the customer service agents are really rude. Agents act as if they don’t understand financial hardships and talk to you rudely when you try to explain your situation. Ive been having a loan with this company since 2016 owe less than $2000 on my car. I understand that it is my responsibility to make the payments and stay on top of it but times get rough and being talked to negatively with smart remarks from a car loan company does not help the situation. Would not recommend to anyone else.

  I must say that Rodrigo Ochoa has been exceptional with his customer service. He is very responsive, friendly, and professional each time we handle business. He's your go to guy for 5 star customer centric service.

  Unfortunately I had this company finance a car. Out of the 5 years I dealt with them there was only one person who actually took pride in their job and I am pretty sure she doesn’t work there anymore. It seems that everyone that works there hates their job and takes it out on the customer. I paid their $8.95 service fee just to make my payments for 5 years. That is over $500 in service fees!!! Never again would I use them to finance a car, and I will never recommend them to anyone. My vehicle ended up being a total loss in an accident they gave me the runaround to use my gap coverage. I guess it is too much to expect someone to do their job that they get paid to do these days. Do not finance anything through this company, there are better companies to get your financing through!!!!!

  THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE! This company is A true scam. They do not care about their clients just money. They threaten you prematurely and do not do any work . A disgusting place and I will never get a car financed through them again. I should of had the car refinanced months ago . a disgusting subprime lender. Sandra, Nancy and Rebecca have TERRIBLE customer service and good luck if you have to work with any of them. They love to put you on a fake hold to try and get you to hang up which is wildly unprofessional. if I could give them 0 stars I would.

  I'm convinced that the 5 star reviews are from people that work at Elite Acceptance, or are friends of people who work there. Even one star is too much. From day one, they have been rude and very unprofessional. They threaten you if you don't tell them what they want to hear. Their customer service is the worse I've ever seen with the exception of Rodrigo. One lady even belched and yawned really loudly while on the phone with me. SMH if you can avoid it, please find another finance company. Never thought I'd be so happy to have a car accident.
