  I found there to be a huge difference between the average 'run of the mill' loan officers and a seasoned veteran like Yaser Khan at capital city lending, especially if you're a first time home buyer. Yaser was straightforward and professional in that he stated clearly what I'd qualify for (which turned out to be a very competitive rate) and delivered on that when it came time to close. Whether you're a first time home buyer or looking to refinance, I would highly recommend Yaser's services at capital city lending.

  I was looking for a good Mortgage broker to re-finance my home. I reached out to many brokers online but the rate was bad.   This is the first review I have ever posted for anyone in a professional capacity. As a Realtor, and Real Estate Investor, I have to say that Yaser Khan is the best I have encountered in this business. I was referred to Yaser by my children who previously did their loans with him, and they were very satisfied. I had a difficult case, and didn't think any lender would touch it. Well, Yaser took on the challenge, and was able to close the deal effortlessly, and with the best interest rate ever. I was able to speak to Yaser any time of the day or weekends without any issues. He is professional, honest, "responsive", and extremely knowledgeable. Yaser deserves more stars, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but I can only give him a maximum of (5). :}

He's very knowledgeable and always gives great advice as to what the interest rate environment looks like and what made sense for our situation.   Yaser Khan at Capital City Lending is the best! He was able to help my husband and I do a cash-out refinance our home. It was a quick and easy process that took less than 30 days from start to finish. This company really delivers! The entire time Yaser made himself available to us, always responding to any questions or concerns we had right away. He walked us through the process step by step and would check in periodically to touch base and to let us know where we stood in the refinance process.   Yaser has been a pleasure to work with. We started our home buying process a few years back. As first time home buyers, we were really lost and didn't know anything about the loan process. Yaser helped us with not only getting approved for FHA loan but also put us in touch with a great housing agent.
