  Great place... came in today to open an account and didn't have an appointment but they still saw me and Erin was awesome...less than an hour for the whole process...guess I got lucky.

  Dannys service was great and was very helpful with getting me set up with my student visa app to start building my credit as well as recommended a starter loan to have a mixture of credit. Thank you Danny!

  This location always has a line no matter what time of day and the wait wait time is always 20-30 min the tellers are slow as molasses its ridicules and the face that they only have 2 teller ever open at once. Theres other staff hear and it seems like there trying to act bussy and just walking around the back talking to one another. HIRE MORE TELLERS.

  Danny Santiago was very helpful. I had never been to the bank to apply for a credit card before, and he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was nice. 👍👍

  I'm here right now at G1. They were under staff today... Only 2 cashier.. and 3 bankers..don't know if it's everyday or so..been waiting for about almost an hour to open an account for me and my brother. One of the guy, banker checked on us every 10 min apologizing, so I would give them a BIG 2 ** :)

  Cynthia was doing the transaction. She didn’t ask me if she could deposit the money i gave her to simply give me 200 in large bills, & she ran it through my account by depositing and then withdrawing. Lying to me she didn’t have it & then she somehow got it. Don’t ever go to this branch or that teller or do one transaction at once because clearly they do not know how to do business & do what they have been told.

  I can't believe that they keep holding 90% of my son's check for up to 2 business days, will be changing him to Bank of America or Wells Fargo since THEY NEVER DO THAT, we had Bank of America for 17 yrs and we could always go to do a STRAIGH CASHING ON MY HUSBAND'S CHECK .

  I always get great service whenever I visit this branch! The tellers are always extremely helpful and patient with you. The line is never too long and moves pretty quickly. Great service from Golden 1 as always!

  The worst Golden 1 I have ever been to. All I can say, very hostile tellers and very prejudice. I been a member at golden 1 since 2004, been to alot of branches in the Sacramento area, and this one is the worst!

  I visit this location frequently. Staff is nice, but they are severely understaffed. Usually spend 15-20 minutes in line. Upper management should quit building their own wallets and allow for more staffing.
