  Ian and his team are great, especially in the Boulder County market where Elevations Credit Union reputation is solid! They're incredibly responsive and answer any questions you have and stay in constant communication so you're always informed on the process and workflow. They helped me close on a condo with a conventional loan that had 3 other offers including a cash offer. They also own up to any errors on their part and they provided a generous credit after discovering a clerical error in their closing documents. I felt so confident in the process working with them and am very grateful my real estate agent recommended them. I highly recommend them myself now!

  Many thanks to Ian Bennett and his team at Elevations. While I am not new to the home buying process, I encountered a number of significant obstacles with a recent home purchase that my original lender was unable to overcome. Ian and his team picked up my application without hesitation, and with professionalism and competence, followed it through to completion. Without a doubt I would still be looking for a home in Colorado if Ian had not stepped in. Great 5-star service, highly recommended!

We recently refinanced our Mortgage, and the Bennett Team obviously worked very hard and smart to complete each step with alacrity and always after clarifying our goals and preferences with the refinance. What could have been delays due to our incomplete preparation became nonissues as the team kindly but doggedly pushed towards the goal while interest rates remain low.   My daughter and I used Elevations Credit Union to finance our house. Although I have purchased multiple homes in the past, this was my daughter's first home purchase. I let her be the point of contact, as I wanted it to be a learning experience for her. We were very fortunate to be introduced to Ian Bennett and his team; they were Amazing!! Ian took so much time to answer all my daughter's questions, and educate her on all the steps of getting financed. He also helped her through the intricacies involved in the purchase. For me it was not only his exceptional knowledge of financing tools available that was so impressive.
