  Desiree Allen was my rep and she was absolutely fantastic. She helped me tremendously with her knowledge and caring nature. She was my teacher my counselor and my coach. I did not want to speak with anyone but her and I've learned so much what to do and what not to do going forward. Thanks again Desiree!!

  I was skeptical about using a credit counseling service because I had always heard they were scams and to beware of them. I can assure you this company is well worth the $100 a month. In two month my credit score went up 75 points. I know that sounds unreal but it's true. They work independently, I don't have to constantly check to see if they are working on my credit. 360 Credit is incredible. If I do ever call them about anything they are super helpful and nice. I highly recommend this company. And I didn't get paid to say this. I will be forever grateful I was referred to 360 Credit.

  When I started this program, I was ready to quit after 2 months, I felt like I was paying for nothing. Jane Andrade reached out to me, gave me some good advice and just with her going over everything with me and being thorough, helping me to understand the process, I decided to give this program some more time. Time is of the essence and as is with almost everything in life, you just need to give it time. Thanks Jane and 360 Team

  Jane’ Andrade Was a very positive And helpful representative. I had questions that I couldn’t get answered before and she was able to explain it in a way I could understand.   Would give them 0 stars if I could. Once they get your money they’re unresponsive - sent multiple emails and it took 15 days and me threatening to dispute the charges with my bank to get a response. Literally did nothing to help my credit.

  If your credit history makes you cringe don’t worry there’s hope. Started around 550 (Red/poor) and with the help of Deseree’s expert credit polishing she turned my junk heap into a shining 765 (green/good). My advice is to stay on top of your credit reports and read the educational material to keep from letting your credit get crushed. 5 stars for my friend Dez! ~ Dr. Chris

  I went with this company for 4 months. They did absolutely NOTHING for me. Every improvement that was made to my credit was by me. I wish i would have just saved the money and done everything on my own. When you first sign up they tell you that you will recieve a phone call every month to go over everything…that lasted for one month. They called once and thats the last i heard from them unless i called. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!

  Jane' Andrade and the rest of the team have done a great job providing guidance for us as well as working with past creditors to clear the record. Finally accomplished the goal and closed on our home last week!
