  What a great experience!!! "QUICK Austin Quinty" was able to get me a clear-to-close approval in ONLY 5 DAYS for a cash out refinance on my home! I am so grateful for his knowledge, persistence and thorough professionalism. After working with several other lenders for nine months, I was very frustrated at continually being turned down. My experience working with Austin has been so easy. I am relieved and beyond happy that he was able to make my refinance happen so quickly AND with an appraisal waiver.   Austin is the best person I have delt with when it comes to refinance or trying to purchase! His patients and communication is 5 star! I say that because we had went from wanting to do a home equity line of credit for an addition to our house, to deciding to look at other homes and needing a mortgage, then back to doing a cash out refinance and going back to our original plan with doing an addition on our place. He never had a problem or complained about the back and forth and was always super supportive. He was easy to talk to and very informative on the the options we had, steps we needed to take, and the process we were going through. He worked hard to get the best for us with the options we had and I could not have asked for an easier experience. It was painless and if I had to do it again I would 100% contact Austin. Aside from the business part of things I have also made a friend. He tries to get to know you on a personal level and share things in his life that can relate to the situation your in. He’s a great dude and would recommend him to anyone!

  Kirk has done four loans for me so far for two properties, and every time it's been an excellent experience. He goes the extra mile and takes care of everything—this was especially important when we were buying our primary home when letters of explanation and other documents for our rental were needed. He had them already prepared and I just had to review and sign it. When the appraisal came in short, he helped us get set up with another lender and order another appraisal (the seller paid for it) and then we were clear-to-close on the second loan in around 7-10 days! On top of all of that, he saved us an additional $5k-$6k in closing costs. Kirk and Elite Financial Team are quick, easy to work with, helpful, and they offered me the best rates available. I will only take my business to one loan officer and one company—Kirk Arzberger at Elite Financial Team!

  For several reasons, our refinance was complicated. Austin was diligent, persistent, responsive and kind throughout the process. If your application for refinance has been denied by other brokers, never give up! Call Austin and he will work with you to get it done. We are very happy, Austin, and appreciate all your help. We will definitely send anyone we know who wants to purchase or refinance a home to you.
