  We had a chance to work with Elena in past to refinance our loan. This time we needed to sell our property in San Jose, and knowing that she is also a Real Estate Broker, we decided to contact her again. Elena prepared information on Sold properties to arrive to potential purchase price; our property was beautifully staged, professional photos were taken and 3D tour was ready as well; Not long after we received an offer we liked, and our house sale was closed on time. Lower realtors commission was also a nice bonus! The process was smooth and we got an excellent price for our property. We would recommend working with Elena any time.

  My husband and I met Elena at an open house a few years ago when we were in process of buying a condo in San Bruno. When we decided we needed a bigger place, meaning to sell our current condo a few months ago, we contacted Elena. Our selling experience was smooth. She organized the logistics, showings, open houses; the photos with virtual staging were nice, Elena was clear and proactive in her sales strategy and helped us get a price that was above asking. The lower Sellers commission was a nice bonus. We recommend Elena as a Realtor without hesitations. She also works with loans, but we didn't have a chance to try her on that. Maybe later on.

  Elena is an amazing broker and agent! She came highly recommended by a close friend and was an absolute pleasure to work with! Elena brings an abundance of knowledge and shows utmost professionalism to each client.   Elena was recommended by a realtor we had worked with elsewhere, and she helped us sell our SF property quickly at an excellent price. We were impressed with Elena from the first meeting. She knew the SF market, particularly the Richmond district. She recommended a reputable stager with reasonable rates, and Elena’s marketing campaign was extensive. With Elena’s help and guidance, we got 14 offers and a great final price. As an added bonus, her commission was lower than that of realtors from big-name companies but she worked just as hard if not harder. We are very glad that we found Elena and recommend her highly.
