  I m using liberty tax service since last 4-5 years excellent service they helped us get good refund , Always gives some tax saving tips , we learned a lot from them . People are knowledgeable, helpfully & friendly fees are reasonable. I really appreciated your service see you next year too , I highly recommended this place you will be satisfied.

  Liberty Tax took care of my elderly mothers taxes for three years till her passing last year. I found them to be reliable and accurate As well as, very friendly and caring about my mother I highly recommend their services

  STAY AWAY from this company. All the 5 star reviews are fake. They are the most incompetent tax company we've ever dealt with. Messed up with our taxes multiple times. We had to spend so much time fixing their messes in our taxes. They also incorrectly had thousands of extra dollars paid from our account than what we owed. Had to wait on IRS to refund because they would not help us after their mistake. Just do yourself a favor and find another tax company or do your taxes yourself!

  People are honest and they knows the tax very well at this office. My Tax prepare helped me to maximized my deduction and got bigger refund this year. In the past I used to file my taxes online. After having good experience with Liberty tax San Mateo. I Highly Recommend this office to all. They are friendly and guaranteed service they will provide.

  I have been doing my taxes with Tanka at Liberty Tax Service since 2014 and my payroll since 2016. He is very friendly and knowledgable. He handled my deductions well, and made sure I got what I deserved. Anytime I had a question about tax or payroll, I call him and get an answer right away. Even if I have tens of tax office in my neighborhood, I make a trip to San Mateo because he makes my trip worthy. I highly recommend!

  I used Liberty Tax Service previous year. This year I moved to east bay and found Liberty tax over there too. I am very satisfied with Liberty Tax they are everywhere My info. is all there great service and you guys are expert. I highly recommend this office for everyone because I used their service last year they are very good.

  The experience was easy, paperwork long (took less than an hour though), was about $376 from the refund (but they gave me $50 cash to-go which I needed: total $276), BUT I hope they ask the IRS to accept a separate Direct Deposit form for any non-refund (stimulus) checks bc waiting for the CA FTB (also) to refund stimuli isn't so stimulating. Then this will be more worth it (regular tax prep with Refund Transfer for fee deferral)..
