  Olympia worked with us to buy our first home and was an amazing support! We chose to go through the process without realtors involved, which would not have been possible without Olympia's knowledge and guidance. When we started the home buying process we were working with someone else from a large company who kept telling us certain things were impossible (like getting a sellers credit to help with closing costs) and that we would have to change our expectations if we wanted to buy a home. However, after speaking with Olympia we knew she would be invested in working with us and our home buying needs (she was able to help us get that sellers credit). Also she found us an interest rate that was close to a full point less than what the other person offered, which was pretty great. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Olympia & Elemental Home Mortgage to anyone looking to purchase a house.
