  I am totally overwhelmed with the amazing customer service Rogue Credit Union has. I received a fraud alert for an amount less than $1.00. I notified the main branch and my debit card was canceled. Three days later I contacted the main branch and was advised that the fraud was attempted several other times at extremely large amounts. THANK YOU Rogue Credit for looking out for you customers.

  Cody Southwork is amazing! He worked with us in 1 crazy day to get us a loan for our son's first car. With Covid's challenges, it should have been a difficult process, but he just made everything happen. Such a great guy. Car bought!

  I went there to open an account and there are 3 people standing in the lobby that I assumed were customers it ended up being employees standing around doing nothing. My driver's license did not have my current address so I provided them with a copy of my 401K through the state of Oregon in the top of one of my pay stubs He said that would not work for address verification so I decided to go to a different credit Union. Before I even got out of the bank they all had assume their position standing around talking again. This is why Chase Bank always has a line where my current operating bank account is and this place was empty. To get the account I think he would have offered to jump online and print off one of my electric bills, as I pay everything online I didn't have a copy But he appeared to be more intrested in just getting me out of his office so he could go back to doing whatever they were doing.

  Male manager stared me down when I asked for help. He looked like he wanted to beat me up. I'll never get over it! It was wrong and unnecessary 😪
