  Cassandra is amazing! She walked me through every step of the home buying process and answered all of my questions. She's very knowledgeable and reassured me when I was anxious. She would call me back right away, send me texts and take my calls on weekends and evenings. She is always working!!! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

  I'm really glad I chose to work with Andrew Hopkins and Element Mortgage instead of going with one of the big banks. Working with someone local made the process a lot smoother as Andrew is familiar with the area, knows the real estate agents, and is easy to contact and quick to reply. He kept me in the loop at all times and was always available to answer my questions and help me get the best deal.

  I am in the home market for the first time in US. Andy not only helped me get a good rate, but also invested plenty of time in educating me on the process. Aside, he also thought thru and made sure he had the correct documents from me well ahead of time.
