  Loved working with Keane and his team. They went above and beyond, made our first time home purchase easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend working with them, as I know we will use them for our future home purchases. We worked closely with Becky on Keane's team and she was so great, made everything simple and explained everything when we had questions.   Cross Country -- Keane, Harmony, Becky -- were so wonderful to work with. Keane is very knowledgeable and took time to carefully and thoughtfully educate us throughout the process. Everyone was extremely responsive and professional, and they went above and beyond! The online system was easier to use than some of the other bigger banks I explored. In the end, with a tight turnaround, we successfully closed with a great loan option. I am so grateful to have had such a great team behind us.

  I never write reviews because I rarely feel like service was that exceptional (or not) that it should be called out. But Keane and his team (Harmony and Aly) were outstanding - hands down the best lender I've ever worked with. In fact, they are the best service provider period that I can ever remember working with. They were incredible problem solvers in a transaction that had some bumps and were so calm throughout it all. Aly in particular truly saved the day, going as far as helping in areas that escrow or the real estate agent would normally take care of. They were transparent, honest, and fair. I will always use Keane's team from here on out.

  Harmony, Becky, and Keane were the best part of the whole home buying experience! They answered all of my questions and I never felt stupid for asking. They were super on the ball with paperwork requests and I felt all my information was handled securely at all times. Signing and accessing new documents was easy and painless.   Keane was very helpful and my son in law able to get his mortgage on time. My husband had to help with downpayment and the closing was smooth. I would recommend Cross Country to anyone needing someone good on your side when getting a mortgafe.

  THIS IS THE ONLY TEAM YOU WILL EVER NEED!! Keane and his team (specifically; Aly, Harmony, and Paula) are OUTSTANDING at what they do. They will tell you what you need to do to get your credit score up and Keane will create the perfect loan customized specifically for you and will try unconventional things to get a loan designed that fits your current financial situation and what you are looking to pay monthly. They will all WORK until you are 100% happy! They are always on top of things and have great communication within the team, me, the realtors, and the escrow company. I swear they all work 24/7 because I can get ahold of them at any time of the day. They produced pre-approval notices at the drop of a hat and we closed on our house in 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS! All while giving you status updates along the way, so you always feel in the loop. I have used Keane multiple times and have recommended him to countless friends. I will never use another lender because I know when I call Keane that it will get done and get done quickly with exactly what I want.

  I can't say enough about the great service. Paula, Stephanie and the entire team made us feel like family. They made sure we understood every single detail in our refinance process.
