  If you end up taking a loan from this company, refinance as soon as possible. Eff Are Ay See. Seriously. I've seen a lot of finance companies and this one is on par with the worst. Customer service is abysmal and their app is a complete joke. After taking a double payment (more than $500 in excess of what was owed) they still have the audacity to tell me I still owe $40 for a returned check fee from June of 2019. This $40 has been hiding only on their side of the system and no amount of money paid toward my account will remedy it. It's a convenient excuse for RAC, because when I called to change my payment date, they cited that fee as a reason why they couldn't move my date. I hate this company and it's soulless representatives complicit in their company's behavior. I wonder if they know the people they anger and mistreat are in traffic with them

  While you will get accepted for a loan with them, don't expect them to provide much customer service. Their hours of operation do not show when they are actually willing to speak with you. So if something goes wrong then hope you can fix it with their "automated system". Absolutely horrendous that I cannot call them during their listed hours to speak to someone when the option I am looking for does not exist in their automated system.

  Incredibly rude people that work here. No sympathy for things going on and don’t want to offer any type of help. Just demand money and try to blame you for their mistakes. I tried reaching out several times for help and nothing. I do not recommend this company.

  High interest rates, hard to get a hold of customer service. Do yourself a favor and refinance your car with a local credit union if you have a loan with regional.

  If I could rate a zero I would. After dealing with this company I DO NOT recommend them. We called personally to pay off our loan, after weeks wondering were our title was. Find out he entered the wrong amount so we owed an additional $3, cool fine! BUT this company really had the adacity to mark that 3 dollars as a 30 day late payment. Why not fix YOUR error or simply call us to tell us?!?!?! There professionalism is a 0 PLEASE save yourself and DO NOT get a loan with this company btw, still NO title and it's been a few weeks now.

  i hate this place i got a car loan and they are the worst place they are nothing but bullies if you do not do what they want they will take your car i have make payment arrangements twice in two weeks and with in the first few days of doing that they have called and said that they do not do that and that the payments need to be made in full or it will go to collections and they will take your car

  Got a car loan through them, when making my first payment was told I had no account with them and needed to contact the dealership. Called 5 different numbers trying to make my payment with no luck or calls back. Finally received a call three days later saying they had system issues due to update and I needed to pay a late fee.

  I wish there were negative stars. They owe me $1200 from my GAP insurance. I paid out my account in August 2021, and now they’re charging $15 for no reason. worst company ever and I will never work with them again.

  The review is mostly for the app and the 1800 number assistance. I missed my payment because they don't take checking accounts, they only take cards on their mobile app. The guy on the phone wasn't even able to help me set up an auto pay. Basically had to do everything on the app, which it doesn't work. Now I missed my first payment due to a garbage processing system.

  I have had nothing but a 5 star experience with regional acceptance Ihave gone through a lot of hardships through the pandemic and regional acceptance has done nothing but help me and give me options and gone above and beyond. No this is not a fake review, just a satisfied client.
