  A much better banking experience than the credit union I came from. ATMs that work, branches with actual employees that do more than just oversee the ATMs, locations that aren't complete dump. A pleasure to come here, even if it is to part with money.

  If I can give this place a zero I would. I came in today.I have been banking with alaska usa for years now. I tried to ask for help, signing up for a credit card. Telling her my history because of COVID she STILL ran my credit and had no remorse. (She was worried about the people that was walking in after me). She never tried to even give me any ideas or any problem solving. Even after all my story pertaining my banking history SHE STILL RAN MY CREDIT!!! I know it is going to hit my credit HARD! Working in the Healthcare field all we do is help patients and listen to patients stories and problems. And we help patients SOLVE THE PROBLEM. SURPRISE!!! SURPRISE!!! IT GOT DECLINED!!! I get because of security purposes, they have to be aware of their surroundings. Maybe because they have to hit quota 🤷🏻‍♀️. Unfortunately, that had to be my credit score in jeopardy.

  It was very easy and fast to set up a new checking/savings account as a new member. Very friendly and helpful staff. Whitney made is super simple and easy, she was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. $5 is all it takes to open a new account, and your first box of checks is free! Great experience!

  I really love this bank. Open 7 days a week & have extended hours. Adrianna however is the most disrespectful, rude, and stuck up teller I have ever encountered. Definitely needs a reevaluation of life!
