Valeria Paredes3I'm torn. This place does it's job good sometimes and bad sometimes. I have been here a total of 3 times and each time I was left content, I guess. The wait time is ridiculously long. You can have an appointment, on a Monday morning, show up first, and still come out 4 hours later for a tire patch. At the same time, the people who help you are nice, curteousc, and really listen to your needs. Overall, I will only go as long as my warranty is valid. Otherwise, I would not recommend it.

Valeria Rodriguez5I am not a Nissan owner, but customer service is always the best. They are so nice, welcoming, and literally tend to your every need. They have breakfast for weekend services, chargers for practically any phone, and a kid area while you wait. The gentlemen on the floor assisting you give you with full detail what state your vehicle is in, recommendations for future visits, and reassure you that your car will run well. Loved Nissan !

Mark Cheung5Excellent service advisors, especially Oscar, Martin and Kingsley. Very professional and open for discussion about their suggested concerns. Thanks sales department has two great honest sales men, Abe and Jonna. They always engaged me when I brought my car for recharge. They greeted me and sometimes moved the non-EV vehicles which occupied the charge lot for letting me to charge my car. I observed them showing very professional manner to engage customers by giving the room, and no pressure. Great employees at Ross Nissan

Sabrina Martinez1I normally don’t take the time to share my experience but it was so horrible I have to. I been a customer with them for over 14 yrs. I purchased 2 vehicles from them in which I paid off and leased 1 vehicle in which I fullfuled my obligation and now I’m at the end of my lease with a option to turn it in or purchse the vehicle. Jonah is the person who I been dealing with It’s been almost 2 weeks and he has only reached out to me once asking me for the mileage and send me a text late at night on a Sunday. He has no customer service skills or communication skills what’s so ever. So i finally had to reach out to him myself and request to speak with a manager who was hector or Ricardo who was just as horrible actually even worse. He was extremely rude. I always had excellent credit and like I said purchased 2vehicles from them. But unfortunately I got into a situation and my credit score dropped. I even had gave them my partners info who’s score is a little better and just finished paying off his vehicle . Once I finally spoke to them they said they got me approved and I would only have to pay 100 more a month to now purchase the vehicle on a 72 month contract. At first I was so happy. When I first leased the vehicle it was 40,000 and at the end There was only 20,000 left which means I paid 20,000 already. Which that money is suppose to go towards the vehicle if I choose to buy. Then I asked him after the 72 months what would be the final cost that I would end up paying for the vehicle. He said with the interest 43,000. So basically I would have to pay 43, 000 more one top of what I already paid. his exact words were of course you have to pay with the kind of credit you have regardless of the excellent past history You have with us . I should be grateful and not complain either I take it or leave it end of story. Wow! Unbelievable! This is exactly what I experienced. So if u want to get treated rudely basically treated like sh###t. And not get a good deal but definitely get ripped off then yes I highly recommend them

anay lara1Was the worst experience ever. Previous to my arrival I had called in to make sure everything was good to go to get maintenance in my car, the representative stated everything was good to go. Upon my arrival I was told, by the representative to whom was very rude and unprofessional, they wouldn't validate the verbal approval by the representative unless I had something in writing. Approval was given to me verbally, even though I gave them the representatives name they stated they wouldn't validate it. I was told there was nothing they can do. Not only did I have to get out of work early and miss out on my hours but I had to drive all the way out there for nothing. Waist of my time. I will definitely not recommend this location to any of my family members or friends who already own a Nissan.

Mr. Iniestra1Herbert Valiente the general manager of this dealership doesn't return calls or messages I purchased a car 6 months ago and I haven't recieved my license plates. I have tried in multiple occasions to resolve this but no help from dealership. Mr Valiente doesn't care about his clients Do your self a favor don't shop here unless you want to be stuck in my same situation. Owner of the Ross Nissan I've made multiple trips there to dealer not one time has the gm had the nerve to speak to me

Masao “Mike” Okamoto1First time visit via sales call after Alhambra store closed. Although my appointment time was set at 7AM, the place was barely open and there were no indication of where to form a line. Then, staff started serving their customers ignoring who came first or what time appointments were made. I have to say that the store manager was trying his best to remedy the situation seeing my discontent start to blow-up, but I don't think the first visitor like me would go like to go there again.
