      I first wanted to open a bank account close to home. I open up a savings account I was under impression I would receive a ATM/Card. Nope... they dont provide any access to your money unless you walk inside branch ..ok so I open a checking so I can link account and transfer funds. I tried to have online banking and I was declined 3 different times.. I called to transfer funds from savings to savings over the phone 1800 number .. and a $7.00 fee would be applied...like WOW..!! I walked in to branch to close my account and I had to wait 25 min because their computer crashed.. when it's all bad. Also a $10.00 fee was applied for closing my account .. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BANK!

      My friend (now used to) bank here and decided to close her account because they don't have any convenient locations for her. She went into this branch to close the account and the teller, Jaz, got SUPER personally offended for some reason?! I can understand being upset about losing business, but to be passive-aggressively tossing papers around and asking questions about where you're taking your business to? Unprofessional! I don't care who you are, there is a better way to handle a situation like this.

      I have been with El Dorado Savings Bank for several years now and I think they're the best in the worlten.They do you treat you as though you are a real person and they do care about how you feel. There usually is never any waiting and they are right there to help you. If I had my choice I would rate them a ten. For those of you who are already banking with El Dorado Savings Bank, you know what i am talking about.

      Worst bank ever!!! They charge 1.5% for cashing a check! Plus they have lack of experience. They don't know what they're doing.
