  This organization was amazing to work with during a very difficult time. COVID added some challenges to refinancing and Chris at LoanPal did an amazing job of keeping us informed of things, helping us with some issues that came up and just being an amazing professional. I would recomemnd them without hesitation.

  Loan Pal was extremely easy and Samuel Trepka was extremely knowledgable and helpful with all my mortgage information and through all the process he was always available anytime to take questions and had the answers for me.   I was hunting for a while for the best refinancing deal to combine my mortgage and solar loan, and to lower my rate. Since the solar was already through Loanpal and I was pleased with them, I decided to give them a crack and was referred to Mason Stoneking. I am an OCD, super-detailed shopper coming off a bad mortgage experience so I was as meticulous and cautious as could be, for months. Mason was perfectly patient and professional though I'm sure I wasn't an easy client to satisfy. He was helpful, honest, pleasant, and provided prompt replies; everything one could ask for in a mortgage consultant. I was so impressed with him that I'm writing this review even though he didn't ultimately earn my business. The reason for this and for the 4-star rating instead of 5 happened at the very end of the process. I had received a slightly lower Loan Estimate from another lender and was told Loanpal would match it if submitted to them. After checking every number of both estimates and having a more knowledgeable friend do the same, Loanpal was still higher. They matched the rate, but were still charging me almost a grand more to achieve that rate. I was pleased with Loanpal as a solar customer, and was very impressed with Mason through a lengthy process. I really, really wish I could have offered him my business. The way I see it, the manager wasted my time in requesting a competing loan estimate and blew the deal altogether in failing to truly match or beat it.

  Sam Trepka at LoanPal made the tedious mortgage application process a breeze. He was personable like a friend, yet knowledgeable as a financial professional. This was my third and by far easiest mortgage process and I have Sam & his team to thank for that! I highly recommend Sam.

  Loanpal was awesome! I had a very good experience the entire time I worked with Edward Taylor who was extremely patient with all my questions and concerns through the process. He gave excellent customer service and delivered very fast results. He always got back to me when he said he would and ended up saving me a lot of money! Diana was great to work with as well! Overall, this company and the way they treated me greatly exceeded my expectations!

  If your in the market to refinance your home, David Fernandes at Loanpal is your man, he is very knowledgeable and will look for the best available rate, he will work tirelessly and is always just an email away, any questions I had he answered in a timely manner, normally within an hour or two. I also had no problems when it came to either having an appraisal on our home, to actually signing the closing documents, Covid-19 protocols were always followed. I would also add that all loans, be it strait up loans or refi loans are a long process, David Fernandes made it as painless as possible and I would highly recommend him and the team at Loanpal for all your needs, he will exceed your expectations.
