  I just want to praise Timothy in the Loan Department. He was efficient and professional in the handling my daughter's first auto loan. She is 19 years old and got an awesome interest rate! Timothy made her application, approval, and closing of the loan process a very pleasant experience. We saved his number in hopes of sending him more business in the future.

  Went several times about a first time buyers loan. My fiancée and I were not informed about it having to be a new car as well as it having to have only 75,000 miles or less until after we had already picked a car(and showed them the car), gotten insurance and planned to go out there to get it. I'm never coming back to this bank, it's disappointing they don't know how to use a phone to call and let someone know that they realized the car wouldn't work after being shown it already.

  The staff are friendly and E Federal Credit Union gave me a chance to build my credit. They are the only financial institution that has ever protected me from overdraft transactions. Their online portal is horrible, but not a big enough deal to lose a star over.

  Harassment about a mask ruins the trip to the bank

  Thank you for your feedback, Jeremy. We understand that not everyone agrees with the mask mandate that as a federally insured financial institution we abide by. So we do ask everyone not wearing a mask if they have one. We can also provide a mask if someone needs one. Please note that we have increased the services we can perform in the drive-thru so this might be an option when you visit.
