  It was evident GMFS Denham Springs truly cared about me and my experience. The whole process went pretty smooth overall, which speaks volumes when referring to home buying. This was the first home I purchased and GMFS did a great job of taking me through the process step by step and making sure I understood what I needed to. I rate my experience a 4 instead of a 5 because there was a time or two when I felt it was forgotten that I was the customer or when an option wasn’t presented to me as an “option”... customer service could be improved; however, overall a very pleasant experience.

  It's been 12 days since we closed on our new (to us) home and 45 years since my last mortgage experience, both by VA loan guarantee. The process seemed much more rigorous than I remember, and our financial security now is many times more stable. Needless to say, I had many questions but they were answered and explained, and I am grateful for that. Jackie Dykes and Aaron Oberste were our primary contacts and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and competent in guiding us through the entire process. Jackie always ended her messages to us with "Thank you for your patience." I want to thank her also for hers, several times over.
