  Ashley always takes great care of me. It's nice to go someplace where they know you by name. Whether it's the drive-through or a walk-in, everyone at BR Telco is always extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service!

  I have been banking with telco since 2015. Just about everytime I come through the drive through I am greeted by Kayla, who always goes above and beyond to help me. I would recommend telco to anyone.

  We have had many years of excellent customer service in our experience with Telco at the Baton Rouge branches before we moved...and now at the Denham Springs branch after our move to Livingston Parish. Kathy at the DS branch is consistenly upbeat, kind, and helpful--always! We can count on her to help us whatever. Telco is fortunate to have her!

  Fast friendly and easy!!! I was able to get a replacement debit card due to the wear on mine. It literally took about five minutes to get a brand new card....plus I got to keep the same card numbers which was awesome!

  Lauren Thornton at BR Telco has assisted me with securing two auto loans and I can say that both have been the easiest pain free process that I could ask for. Lauren's knowledge of the loan process and her down to Earth demeanor make doing business with Baton Rouge Telco Fed Credit Union enjoyable and they will be my go to financial institution for any and all financial services.
