      I will make sure to NEVER EVER get a car loan through this company again. I have called numerous times to have them put $100 every payment towards my principal and have even been set up for it to auto draft from my account. They have still not being putting anything at all towards my principal. Even custom service tried to tell me it doesn't matter, it doesn't save money on interest. Screw these people!!!

      I am a disabled senior citizen who used the 28th St location. The security guard by the ATM was very unprofessional and rude to me. I reported the entire incident of this matter to the authorities in Austin Texas and also the federal authorities too. Then next to radio, tv, and social media. Sincerely, Cvm.

      We have bank with EECU for 5years now. It has become the WORST bank to bank with. You call in to speak to a FREAKING HUMAN and get trapped in there automated system! Then when you finally get someone on the phone their attitude is horrible and absolutely no compassion at all. You go in to a branch and they tell you that thy can't help you in the branch that you need to call instead. HELLO!!! I can't get anyone on the phone which is why I came in person!! WORTHLESS bank. Will be finding another institution the second we can!!
