  Jeremy was awesome to work with! Everything went so easily and smooth. We received professional and helpful service on our first home purchase. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner. Jeremy was all the things you want – really knew his stuff, helpful, responsive, but beyond that he also suggested better options to navigate buying a house! His team went above and beyond to make buying our first home an incredibly easy and straightforward process. They were on top of all emails and quick to respond if we ever had any questions, even outside of normal business hours. I can’t recommend Jeremy and the Team enough! We didn’t feel like clients, we felt like family.

  As a first time home buyer I definitely had some fear going into the process, wasn’t really sure what to expect and so much of the language and jargon was foreign to me. Jeremy Woodson and the entire team at Guaranteed Rate were absolutely amazing! He walked me through the entire process and provided clear and informative explanations to any/all questions I had, always available and responded promptly every time I called/emailed. He went above and beyond to make sure all fear was alleviated, and that I was educated/informed and had clarity of every decision I made throughout the entire process!   We just purchased our first home with an incredible amount of help from Jeremy Woodson at Colonial! Jeremy gave me a completely new view of loan officers, and seemed to act more like a friend trying to serve us rather than a loan officer trying to close a deal. He even suggested that I try to see what the competition could offer, and I did - it was no where as close as good as the deal he got us. Not to mention, working with Jeremy was a night and day difference than compared to working with a national bank. In our instance, and business owners, our records are not standard or typical at all. That didn't bother Jeremy, and he got our loan pushed through in record time! He was available at all times of the day and week (including evenings on weekends) to answer questions whenever I had them. Whether you are buying your first home, refinancing, or a seasoned buyer, I strongly recommend Jeremy Woodson for your mortgage needs!
