  Colonial Mortgage and loan agent Ryan Snell are the best! I love that they are a local company here in Fort Worth. They don't sell your mortage, so you know you will be dealing with them and their local offices for the length of the loan. Ryan is great and helping you understand your mortgage options and getting all the paperwork done fast!

  Ryan was very helpful throughout the process. On one item, we ran into an issue with our survey and the way our builder did something(they are the ones we did the original mortgage with). Something wasn't right...he helped talk to the surveyor(I think) or closing team and were able to get the one item corrected without incurring a fee. We appreciate him doing this and appreciate the others that were willing to help get this done/fixed since we had no idea there was a problem until this refi. Thank you Ryan and Team.

  Colton was terrific! I definitely recommend him for all your loan or refinancing needs! He was extremely helpful and patient with me!   If you are shopping to find the best company for your mortgage, Colonial National Mortgage is your solution. They are working with all types of different customers, first time home buyers or refinancing, you will never disappointed. Their fees are reasonable and great customer service with quick response to your concerns. I have my mortgage with them and they contact me when interest rate decrease last year to see if I want to refinance my loan. To my surprise I get the lowest rate when I closed my loan on December 2020 at 2.65% fixed for 30 years! Thank you so much! Also, during this time of the pandemic I have options to sign my closing anywhere I choose either home, work, coffee shop or the title company.

  My Colonial agent was Ryan Snell. Ryan was able to guide me through the entire loan process from start to finish. I felt I could trust him with all of my questions and received intelligent and useful answers every time. He not only answered my questions but he gave great advice when it came to making tough decisions.
