  Was made very comfortable and welcomed by Clarissa. I went in with what I thought was a minor headache of a problem. It was handled quickly and professionally taking away my anxiousness. Enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere created by her. She is not only good at what she does professionally but a joy to talk with. I will be back again.

  Went into Liberty, had always filed our own taxes…it was sooo easy! Melissa was really great and helpful. Will be coming back next year!

  This is my first time filing taxes on my own and the lady who helped me went above and beyond for me. Made me feel as if were friends instead of just the stranger handling my taxes. 🙂

  First off the appearance of the place reminded me of in school suspension. Half the lights were off. The tv was turned off ( which would mask my information from any eavesdropping within earshot) and it was hot in there with no air circulating. The person who did my taxes was awesome and did a very professional job. My complaint here and reason for this posting is because my refund didn’t arrive within the “up to 21 days” that they told me. When I’ve called to inquire on several occasions , they want to skirt the issue and pass the buck. Of course they’ve already been paid so they don’t have anything to motivate them. As of the time of this posting I still haven’t received my refund. 25 days and counting

  This place told me for 4 years not to worry about my taxes. Then I go in to file the past 4 years of taxes to be told I'll owe them close to $700 for having to file taxes from 4 years ago. Plus additional money for each year that's not current. Save yourself the time, trouble, and headache and go to H&R or somewhere more professional.

  Quintessa did my tax return from 2017-2020. I just loved the way she was so professional and patient. I will recommend her if you want to do your taxes.

  My husband and I went in last night to do our taxes. We came in really late (just about 45 minutes before close) and the staff were still extremely friendly. Our tax agent was Jerry and he was friendly, funny, and professional. Our children were with their Nana so that we could go file our taxes and Jerry made it so simple and fun that it almost felt like a date night! They even gave us cookies and drinks! I have never had such a pleasant time doing taxes. Bonus he gave us the $50 just for doing our taxes with Liberty. We were able to get a $750 loan with no fees so we didn't have to wait long for some extra finances. Best tax place ever! Amy and Ronnie Richmond

  Taxes can be cumbersome to do. So it's really nice to know Liberty has some snacks and a play area to keep kids entertained. Customer Service is top notch, and they even gave a small reduction for repeat business. Been coming for 3 years and plan to come again!
