  I was referred to Brent at Assurance Home Loans by a friend. We had a very small window of time to find and buy a house as we were only here house hunting for three days. Not only was Brent able to get us the loan we needed in such a short time, but he found us the best one too! We saved a few thousand dollars because we switched lenders at the last minute and used Brent as our lender. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! Very responsive and friendly!

  We found Brent solely through his high ratings/reviews. He certainly has earned all those stars! He was able to provide us with much lower rates then the next competitor (almost 1% lower than Veterans United) and saved us about $4K in fees and closing costs! Furthermore, when VU tried to bully us into paying their own incurred costs while i was shopping for a loan provider, Brent and the legal team at Assurance Home Loans responded with force, throwing the metaphorical book straight in their faces, citing all the laws and regulations they broke during the home search process, and were trying to place the responsibility for their own expenses on me. Being new to the homebuying process, I didn't know who to trust at first (AHL or VU), and it was quite stressful. One side (VU) told me we were in the wrong, and the other side (AHL) told me to ignore them. I honestly think that more communication from AHL could have relieved some of my stress, because I didn't know what was going on and no one was explaining anything to me; but i am not going to blame them for the fact that another home loan provider was harassing us. The AHL team was on top of things every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect resolution, and I'm glad we found AHL because it saved us a ton of money.
