  My wife and I bought our first home with Cole's help. I could not be more impressed with his knowledge of the process and his professionalism from the very first contact, through the closing date, and after we were settled in our new home.He was extremely easy to reach and answered every question we had. He even proactively contacted us and advised us to lock in the mortgage rate as soon as possible because the rates kept getting higher based on his constant watch of the markets; which ended up saving us thousands over the term of the mortgage. It's obvious Cole cares about his clients and is passionate about getting you in the home you want. I will not hesitate to refer Cole to anyone in the house buying process. Cole: THANK YOU!! CONSIDER US CLIENTS FOR LIFE!!

  Was glad we went with Waterstone so that many different mortgage options could be considered and we feel about the rate we got. Easy to upload all the documents needed. We received very efficient service from all the people with whom we interacted and they kept us informed of each step.

  Diane Motz is amazing! I have never had such a great experience with a lender!! Hands down the best in all the houses I have bought. Diane’s personal touch and support in purchasing our dream home was first class! She makes a typically stressful buying experience the easy part.   Right from the beginning, Diane Motz was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As first time homebuyers, we had many questions and Diane took the time to answer them without feeling rushed. She worked hard to find the best loan for us and worked with us through every step. Diane truly wants the best for you and for you to feel comfortable through the whole process.
