Taylor Byas5Ben was extremely helpful and very transparent about the issues the car was having. I dropped my car off at about 3pm on a Thursday without an appointment, and they had my car looked at and diagnosed by 4. My car was ready the next day at 10am. Very fast work, my car runs great, and everyone was approachable and pleasant. Had a great experience!

Marjorie Pigrome5I had a not so good experience with Edwards on Saturday, but they reached out to me on Monday and by Tuesday I was in the car I wanted with a great deal. I really appreciate the management team there and the salesmen in how they truly made me feel valued and appreciated. I had the sweetest kindest salesman, Ron and even though he was new he did a great job. I was also amazed at the Team oriented environment. Since my salesman was new he wasn't familiar with some things such as OnStar but others chipped in to help out and made it a breeze. I look forward to doing business with Edwards in the future.

They went out of their way to organize me a loaner vehicle to drive, kept me informed on the progress of the repair, and helped arrange an after-hours pickup around my work schedule. Marc Hudson5This was my second visit. I have an 11 year old truck that is a rare Regency conversion so I would even think about taking it anywhere other than the dealership. My advisor was Sheryl is really nice and made sure I got the most out of my coupons too! Looking forward to returning for my next service. Great experience as always.

Edwin Usery5This was the first vehicle that I purchased by telephone. Jonathan Short was the sales person to answer the telephone. He made everything so easy, very knowledgeable and understandable. Jonathan Short found the vehicle I was looking for and had it delivered to me in less than 24 hours. Jonathan Short has called me twice since the purchase to make sure I was satisfied with purchase and I am.
