  I am a first time home buyer, well Owner now because of SMG Mortgage. Being a complete novice to real estate, i couldn't have chosen or rather been blessed by a better company. Brad and Rachel were absolutely phenomenal, any and every possible question i had they answered for me. They truly went above and absolutely beyond during the entire process. Always only a phone call away i dont recall a single time they didn't answer or immediately call me back.   I was supposed to close on 8 house Monday after 3 different times to close and j.d. Russell calls to tell me I didn't get the loan. Now I am out of 50p.00 Ernest money. 560.00 appraisal fee and 275.00 inspection fee. Wonder how many more people they have cost them money. I was told on May 1 st that I could give a 30 day notice so now I have no where to move too and I have a special needs daughter.
