      I had a fraudulent/unauthorized ACH withdrawal and the service from ECU was subpar. The result so far is lost money on a newly opened business account. Edit: They have also deleted the DocuSign dispute form and some internal messaging and will not give any information to send a certified letter on the topic to management. Rating stands.

      I recently worked with Casey to buy my leased vehicle. I had an email approval within an hour; I have to note that it’s been close to a week and still no answer from where I do my main banking. Educators gave me a great interest rate , I was able to purchase an extended warranty etc. the whole experience was wonderful and I was treated as valued member of the credit union. Will look to them in the future!!!

      Margaret Ward made getting a loan stress free and was very informative. I came in thinking it would be a rough experience but it was totally the opposite, she made it very easy. She definitely knows her stuff and was very polite and knowledgeable through the process. I highly recommend her if you stop by!

      Best thing that's happened to me in years. Refinanced all my loans through them and saving hundreds per month. Professional staff and very friendly. The online banking is amazing. Set up to help you save money and set long range goals for yourself. I already set my high school kids up with checking snd savings accounts. Many other perks to being with them.

      I am soooo happy i switched from a bank to this credit union. all the employees here are friendly every time i come in, its obvious they take customer service seriously! I also reached out for help with my debt, which now i am almost paid off and my credit score grew substantially!
