      Absolutely terrible excuse for a customer service based business! It's almost as if some of the requirements for employment at Landmark is a poor attitude, slow thinking, inability to handle simple math transactions and ability to always blame the customer, even when clearly it's not there fault. I just had another unpleasant situation at Landmark. I went back to Landmark about 2 years ago. I was also with Educators Credit union, and left there shortly after joining landmark. I have had ONE good experience in those 2yrs, about a month ago. Vincent and Michael, two managers there, are rude, condescending, lacking in basic communication skills, incompetent and hurtful. They must be doing the hiring too. I honestly can't believe this location has any customers at all! I will be going back to Educators and can't wait to put landmark in my rear view! EDUCATORS IS SO MUCH BETTER!!! There customer service is exceptional and it makes total sense why they've won awards as a leader in that field,, every year. Also, their reward program is awesome! I got $29 the last year I was there just for using my debit card! Different transactions gave me points. If you want a company that welcomes you with a smile, can handle simple deposit/withdrawals, takes responsibility and will not insist you've made a mistake when clearly it was them, will not cost you hundreds of dollars because there mistake (resulting in most likely an eviction from your home home of 10yrs), then STAY AWAY FROM LANDMARK! I cannot stress enough how disgusted I am with them!

      Fantastic people, always ready to help. We recently had a false charge that they were quick to dispute and refund to us. New cards printed on site. Significantly better than any major bank we've belonged to. No mystery maintenance fees!

      I was seriously thinking about putting my savings in landmark CU but after reading numerous reviews, wow not going to be placing my money in here. The owners response to someone's review is always the same. Sorry for the inconvenience we offer several alternative methods for you to not use the lobby. ( So what he's saying is, don't come in, we don't want to see you in person just call.) He should use several alternative methods to get his workers to help customers in a more helpful and expediant manner. Sorry , not sorry landmark I'll look for another credit union to put my savings in.

      Our experiences since Covid have been abysmal. I have waiting an hour for a call back...still waiting. A recent visit to a branch, by appmt. showed few workers and most not very attentive to customers. They are understaffed and don't appear to be interested in providing operating hours and conditions that meet customer needs.. If these folks are getting paid for sitting home, we're finding a new place to bank.

      The longest waits I've ever experienced for banking. It won't even be that busy and you're sitting in line for 30+ minutes. We will be choosing another bank...

      If you are only going to have the drive thru open do you think you could have more than 1 person working it? Wait time is ridiculous! Alternative method like making an appointment for curbside service? Tried that. Waited for half an hour after my appointment until I approached a lady who was very rude. What a joke

      I have been banking at Landmark since 1999. It's fine if you don't need anything fancy or don't have problems that need to be resolved. My debit card was being used fraudulently overseas and a large amount of money was stolen from my account; it took the bank almost 2 weeks to notice before notifying me. I was told I had to fill out a dispute form noting all the unauthorized transactions so I could be reimbursed the money that was stolen and this had to be done at a branch location. I did this the same day and was told by an account manager the money would be back in my account in 2 days. It's been over a week and I still have not been reimbursed. When I stopped in at the bank to inquire what was happening, the teller went to talk to an assistant manager, who couldn't be bothered to come talk to me. I was told I'd have to speak directly to the account manager that took my information. I call, I leave messages and nobody calls me back. Very unhappy with the way this has gone.

      I have had good experiences at this facility except from the times I have had to deal with the manager. If you have a problem and don't want to deal with someone with horrible customer service skills, go to a different branch to resolve it. I don't know how the guy has kept his job with his poor treatment toward customers. I was so upset after dealing with him, I almost closed my account. My family has had similar issuers with him. Other than that, I think the services they offer are great.

      The customer service is bad. Other places are open with restrictions; there is no reason lobbies can't be opened also. In June for a mortgage closing we weren't even allowed inside. Had to sign papers in my car during bad weather (at Oconomowoc branch).

      I am not a customer with Landmark CU but helping out a neighbor do his banking. We waited in line for over 50+ minutes because people are allow to close accounts as well as do other time assuming transactions. These sure be done inside. What a waste of customer time in drive thru.
