  We have been banking with Education Credit Union since January 2000. They are.the best. Their customer service is awesome. We have experienced two alarming incidents with our debit cards and ECU took excellent care of us. Their fraud protection is also outstanding. We highly recommend ECU to everyone wanting professional, courteous, and quality service.

  This place is a joke I'm out of town can't even use my debt card because I hit my limit and the after hours says there is nothing they can do as soon as I'm back in town changing banks

  I have been with this bank for a really long time and I have yet to see any benefit or reason for staying. I regularly have my work check deposited here , but when I apply for a small loan i get denied, when i ask if I can up the cap to deposit a check by phone with camera they won't raise the limit just a small amount to accommodate me as I live in Lubbock. I would not recommend this bank, they offer no help whatsoever.

  I have had a positive experience everytime I come to this location. My daughter wanted to use her Scottie Bucks for a Scottie dog. This location did not have one, they called every location and sent over two Scottie dogs from a different location so that we did not have to drive elsewhere. I am forever grateful for this and I will always be a customer!

  The people are great. As I was trying to get my credit up.I paid 14.7 percent the entire time. I think I should have had a lower rate. Nice people but never again!

  Br prepared to wait in line 3 times if you need to closed an account or wait on one of the officers not tellers. I was told I would not have to wait in line again and watched her serve another 5 customers in front of me again. Thank goodness this should be my last visit here.
