Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Reviews

Christina Dowling1This bank has no knowledge on business account and is not willing to do any research or even accept the research that I provided directly from their website. Dereik Simpson the Assistant Vice President even stated he was not willing to even look at the information I obtained from his website. They are rude and do not want to help. They have now lost a long time standing customer from over 30 years from me and will not receive my business account. I would not recommend spending anytime at this location!

Charles w1I had been mowing and got a check from my last visit to the Wynn casino in Vegas. I didn’t realize I looked a bit rough and I went across the street to cash it since it was a BoA check. They were super weird and acted like I made the check or something. Took 3 people ten very uncomfortable minutes to determine whether a check from one of their largest accounts was real. They got real nice and offered to open an account for me once they realized what was actually going on. I wouldn’t bank here if it was the last bank on earth. Also why are most of the drive thru lanes blocked with employee vehicles? You’d think BoA could afford signs. Very unprofessional bank.
Response from the ownerHi Charles. We'd like to find out more about your experience. Please connect with us on our servicing platforms on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. Thank you. ^susan

Jacob Ruiz1It's a Saturday morning and they have one teller...There's 4 employees standing in the back just talking...Not helping customers...They're LITERALLY just talking while there's 9 of us waiting in line...So unpleasant unprofessional and honestly disrespectful...Always a poor experience at this location

Trish Baum1This is the worse bank I have ever heard of. After telling me they charge a fee for cashing their own check they told me they couldn't cash their own check. I had to go somewhere else to cash their check.

Fernando Mireles1There was 20+ vehicles in line for drive through service and only one lane to do banking. This is ridiculous!!!! The lobby is closed also is sad when many people use Bank Of America to do business. There has to be a better explanation as to why this one particular bank is offering just this and causing more than an hour wait time

Candy Dewitz1Worst bank ever! Lobby is closed and only one lane for drive-thru. I’ve been waiting in line for over an hour and a half so far! My husband has also witnessed the employees locking the door on a elderly customer right before closing. I get people want to go home, but there should be better customer service than this! We have also been turned away after waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. The worst bank in Amarillo...they just need to close already!

Dev Weisbart1The branch manager is rude, incompetent and incapable of dealing with even the smallest customer service issue. This location has the worst banking experience you will ever experience in every way! I still cannot believe the condescending attitude of Mr Derrick Simpson. Bank of America should be ashamed of having such a person represent their brand. I will no longer be banking there and I will continue to warn others not to bank there. We as consumers do have a choice and mine will not include Bank of America.

Alan Kennon3I have considered changing banks, but the large national bank helps me with travel. I certainly wouldn’t change to Wells Fargo. The number of lobby tellers is ridiculous(one). Take me back to the old First National days.

Jean Becker1Just left the bank and was immediately approached by a young thin Male who came quickly up to my car door. Appeared to be asking for money. I had to waive him away from my car. I then watched him approach several other bank customers as soon as they left the bank. Tried to call this bank to warn them of this situation but they wouldn't answer the phone. Called twice. Beware.
