  Eddie, was totally the realtor to sell our home. He was good @ giving us advice and a list of things for the sell to move smoothly. Home was sold in 2 weeks; and that was just because we rejected our first offers. Eddie with his polite and calming manner was so supportive of our decision that his professionalism kicked in and agreed with our decision or it would have been in a matter of days.
