Horrible customer service by Donna. There was an older client finishing up paper work ahead of me and she was being so inpatient with him and rushing him out. When it came my turn she gave RUDE false info' on a procedure, she then later did correct herself after asking other associates. Then when I asked her for a simple request of counting out 2 checks separate she gave a nasty attitude saying "I guess, what's the point of that".
