  I had a unique situation and was told to reach out to Tom. My first thought was that this guy is probably just another lender looking close to a deal. Let me start by saying it was more like hitting the lottery. Tom took my situation and made it seem so easy. From the first phone call to the end, Tom was very prompt, courteous, and he kept me updated every step of the way. Toward closing, we had a hiccup. Closing got shifted to the weekend. I thought, who was going to respond on the weekend? Tom was right there and made it happen. I couldn't have been happier. It was one of those rare moments when someone treated you like a person and not another number. If you're looking for a great refinance experience, reach out to Tom. Highly recommended!!!

  We decided to look into a refi just to see if it was worth the trouble. I spent time researching banks online and in the area. Several automated responses flooded my voicemail and email boxes. However, Tom was one who emailed me directly asking if I had questions or need anything but not in a pushy way. I was hesitant as he was a lender in KC and not my area. But the way in which he communicated and answered my many questions eased my mind. From that point on, he continued to be prompt, courteous in communications and great at explaining the process. He walked alongside us for the entire process. The numbers he crunched early on ended up being almost exactly what the actual numbers were in the end. Tom was knowledgable, competent, and genuinely interested in helping support us in this process. He has my highest recommendation for anyone who wants a personal touch and someone who will walk alongside you the whole way.

  Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with when we refinanced our home. Tom was very knowledgeable and timely with all his correspondence and necessary documents. While we were considering refinancing, Tom kept us posted of how rates were moving. Tom talked us through the loan estimate so we understood all the costs. He helped us time the refinance strategically so that we could skip 2 mortgage payments. Allowing us to save that money and put it straight back into the new loan to knock down the principal. At a time when refinances are in high demand, Tom was able to complete our process in less than a month! Tom and his team worked quickly to make sure the underwriting went smoothly. Tom's professionalism and expertise made what could have been a lengthy process go seamless and quick. I highly recommend working with Tom.

  Tom was very professional at every aspect of the process. He went above and beyond by setting up a Zoom meeting so we could discuss different options face to face.   I worked with Tom McMahon to refinance my home after another company attempted to use deceptive tactics in the refinancing process. In contrast to the first company, He was straight forward and honest through the entire process. He even adjusted and sought and obtained approval from his management team to improve my costs. The entire process was smooth and fast.
