  Heather Gustafson at Edina Realty is an exceptional agent in every way. She was always well-prepared, gave excellent advice, and was very professional while still being caring, reassuring and kind. Her follow-through on any issue or question was impeccable and prompt. She obviously understands the market and it shows.   Randy and his team made our first home buying experience flawless! He is incredibly responsive day or night and has all the knowledge you would expect from a true professional. I will never use another realtor OR broker. (this office is full of wonderful friendly people. Always made us feel welcome every time we went in) WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!   As a first time home buyer, my overall experience was nothing but great! My realtor Pam Bandy @ the Eden Prairie location is a trustworthy woman of integrity. She is patient, helpful, attentive, and thoughtful.. After searching for 10+ homes, I found a home I could make my own and fix-up – exactly what I wanted. After signing the papers on a home I wanted, the Seller Agent from RE/MAX messed up on the verbiage of the counter offer and wanted me to pay nearly $6,000 in assessment fees! Even though the verbiage indicated the seller shall assume all past assessments, the Seller Agent threatened to go to court. Pam and her legal team assured me I have nothing to fear. Long story short, the Agent @ RE/MAX was very unprofessional and ended up paying the assessment fees out of his own pocket! Overall, it was a great experience buying and I would recommend Pam to my family, colleagues, and friends! Thank you Pam and Edina Realty!

  Terrible experience. Our Realtors were beyond horrible. Very pushy prior to listing. Promised us great photos, but they ended up making the house look worse. We had several Realtors request showings with less than 30 minutes notice. Six months on the market with Edina Realty and it was a total waste of time. We ended up not selling our house before our contract expired. Changed to Coldwell Banker and the experience has been much more pleasant.

  Unfortunately, not a good experience at all. Our home was listed with Edina for almost 3 months, and had around 30 showings. There was very little followup or feedback provided. Any feedback from showings was only after direct requests from us on what potential buyers thought. Our realtor promised multiple personal open houses, and then passed them off to other people. After multiple requests to follow up on showings and provide feedback, we cancelled our listing. We then listed ourselves FSBO, and sold in 5 days. Very disappointed with the entire process with Edina, and now there appears to be additional very unethical activities going on in an attempt to disrupt our closing.

  Pam Lepeska Review - I met Pam by calling the Edina office through a listing that I was looking at online. I had recently moved to Minneapolis, and was looking for a new property in an up and coming area of Minneapolis. I was not familiar with the areas which would be affordable for my budget and criteria. It turned out that Pam is very knowledgeable about the city, market, and investments. She helped guide me through various areas - she setup showings from Robbinsdale, St Louis Park, Victoria, and all over. She provided expertise, moving from another state the housing was entirely different. When we finally found the house I wanted, again Pam showed expertise in negotiations as my buyers agent. She was able to guide for things to look for as a first time home owner, and provide insight on what I could and cannot do. Pam provided fantastic service and would strongly recommend her as an agent. From negotiation skills to the market she is extremely helpful.

  Heidi and Brian Wiessner of Edina Realty in Eden Prairie are the best realtors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I have bought three houses now and worked with six different realtors over my 22 year career in the Air Force (which makes one move around a lot). I can tell you there's a lot of variation in quality and responsiveness when it comes to realtors. If you're lucky enough to be reading this before you choose your next realtors, then you have hit the jackpot--because these two are the tops in quality, responsiveness, expertise, and just plain down to earth people skills. I did a lot of homework before I hired this team and I interviewed another "top" realtor in the Twin Cities area. The other realtor was impressive, but when they told me what they wanted to sell my house for, I was disappointed. When I interviewed Brian and Heidi, they provided me with a thorough analysis of all the houses in the area that I was competing with and extrapolated a better asking price for my house (higher than the others I interviewed) and justified it based on solid research. Win win, I thought. But the good experience did not stop there. Since I was selling my Twin Cities home whilst I was located in another state, they took every step to ensure that my house was looked after and presented itself well while I was gone. That is more than their job description requires, but they did it with aplomb and kept me informed every step of the way. They both had great ideas on simple upgrades I could do to make the house more appealing, and talked me off of the cliff when I wanted to do things that were unnecessary. Finally, when it came time to negotiate and close on the house, they were in my corner and fought for me at each crossroad. If you can access my other reviews, you'll see that I am not shy about being honest about what is good, and what is bad about others, but in this case, it was all good and I am happy to announce to you that these two are simply the best that I think you'll be able to find. I hope you get them, because they are gems in the real estate world and perhaps more importantly, as people too! Oh BTW, they did not ask me to write this review, as that is not their style; they're too modest for that, but I assure you they have been at this a very long time and are true experts!

  Activity is their middle name! Our Edina Realty agents hosted a Tree & Toy Day event ~ Edina Realty agents gave away trees & wreaths to past clients & their clients brought toys to donate to needy families! Such a GREAT day! Love this group!

  My wife and I had an excellent experience with John Sligh. We were both very slow to find the house we wanted, John was patient when needed and more importantly aggressive when we found our dream home! I highly recommend John to all my friends with realtor needs.
