  The location in the Shakopee Cub closed due to lack of staffing (maybe pay people better) but ok there is still an ATM right? Well I stop at the ATM to make a necessary deposit and surprise... currently not accepting deposits. Can't even keep the ATM serviced

  Umm. Can we please have TCF back? I have had nothing but irritating annoying experiences with this bank, as a whole. This branch is AWFUL. Good luck getting help. I don't know if they are under-staffed but my god, at least the people that are working there could prioritize and multitask better? Or be better trained? Sat in the drive up line for 25 minutes for a simple deposit. Middle of a Wednesday day. The employee also helped two people before me that pulled up AFTER I got there. Then in the middle of helping me, stopped and helped someone else? Hello? No acknowledgement, no apologies. I hate Huntington and will be switching banks.

  The banker is trying to find every possibility to not serve you. When you step in to close your account, they ask for a reservation and have you to come back again. Worst bank and worst customer service I have ever been with. They told you that they will be right with you and keep you waiting for half an hour. After they close your account, they send you to the counter to wait for your check. Prepare for another hour since they will serve you after serving everyone else waiting at the counter. The customer service is 1000 times worse than the old TCF bank. The only good thing is that I only need to deal with them just once! Close your account ASAP, otherwise you are stuck! The manager and the lady at the counter apologized, but I still wish I closed the account when they are still TCF.

  Good luck speaking with a banker at the new mega bank Huntington! Btw, if you want to close your accounts you need an appointment. To make an appointment you are supposed to call. Well, nobody will answer the phones and I've been trying for a month. I’m moving to a local bank.

  Just closed my account here, no issues at all. Didn't even need to make an appointment, very grateful for that! I did try calling beforehand and no one picked up though. Thanks to banker Joey for all the help.

  I showed up 5 minutes before open and they were already open. There was no line. I deposited my checks in less than 3 minutes and was on my way. Not sure why the crazy reviews, only thing I dislike is not having the option to mobile deposit checks🤷‍♂️

  Close your account. Horrible service. Don’t waste your time. They always do the most to not let you close your account or take money out.

  Lobby wasn't open. Had to go through drive through with a complicated issue which was not resolved. Took about 30 minutes to even get to the window for help.

  Slowest lines at a bank, in the history of banks, possibly ever, in banking history. Took 45 minutes to just get a few quarters....I should add, that most people in line ahead of me just gave up and left. And still I was there that long.
