Astrid DeWitt5I’m happy with the service I’ve received from U.S. Bank - both in person and over the phone. Each professional has done what they can for me and referred me to or conferred with another colleague to make sure I get the right answers. I have observed their patiently and efficiently giving time to each customer. As at other banks - I expect that showing up to wait in line can move slowly or quickly depending on the time of day. One suggestion - my scheduled appointments have started 10-15 minutes behind. There is always room for improvement!

Kelsey1I am absolutely amazed by the lack of customer service from US Bank. I've had repeated issues, called customer service, and get no answer or help other than to talk to my local branch. I try calling my branch and no one answers. I will be closing all of my accounts and moving to another bank where they at least pretend to try to help their customers.

Joel Gruetzmacher1Was told that my money would be available after 5 days on a Saturday deposit with US bank now they're telling me that I won't be having it available until after the 4th of July I put it in on the 25th of June I will never use this bank again I am taking my money out as soon as they are done holding it hostage which is what they are doing and I will never use them again

W B1For starters, they had one teller inside, and half a dozen people waiting. Then, I go to get a money order. I have gotten money orders from US bank at other branches several times. I have a US bank credit card, I show my card, and my ID to match the name, and then get a money order. Simple. But at this location, not only must you be required to have a checking or savings account, but they also charge $5 for it…. Which is more than the post office charges- what, $1? Needless to say, I didn’t open an account, and didn’t get a money order there. I went to a different branch of US bank, and got one, without a fee, and with only my credit card.

Adam Smith1Today I went to bank me and one other car. Put my deposit in the tube. And wasn’t even acknowledged for ten mins. When finally acknowledged no apology or mention of ignoring me or my pressing call teller button. Then she didn’t give me my license back w deposit

Linda Norris1Lobby closed for months. Sat in line twice in the last 2 weeks extremely slow-gave up. Called today transferred twice only to reach service rep who refused to mail me a simple document adding I need to drive to the bank and sit in line, placed me on hold then hung up.

Moe B1Garage operation at this branch - I took a car loan with these jokers back in Jan 2021 but its now mid May 2021 and I still dont have my plates or even temp tag . They dont return calls or dont respond to your email. No updates . Worst service ever - I wonder if anyone cares !!

Erick W2We were trying to increase our mobile deposit limit, and it apparently goes through your home bank branch, so this one. It took them 3 weeks and us calling them about once a week for updates to eventually come back to us and say no. 3 weeks for something that the first USBank representative told us should take 2-3 business days to process, and they didn't even fix the problem. I don't know what they were doing for those 3 weeks, but it was not helping us.
