  Edgestone Financial is awesome. It's our first house and the Edgestone team walked us through everything and helped us understand all the numbers and what was going on at each turn. I was referred to him by my realtor but I wanted to get a second opinion. I met with two other companies and and I defiantly made the right decision with Edgestone. I first got a quote a few months ago and stayed in touch throughout the house hunt. Once we found the right one, things moved quick. It was a total of 18 days and I couldn't be happier.   This has been a great experience. Although buying a house can be stressful, and this was the first time buying a home, and they walked me through the entire process and explained everything step by step. I felt very comfortable dealing with Edgstone and everything was handled very quickly, and closed on my house within 20 days. I got a great interest rate and even recommended them to a friend.

  My wife and I were looking to buy a home. Not only did Melvin help us obtain the loan, but he also helped us with down payment assistance. This helped us pay virtually nothing to get into our home.
