Raven1Hands down the worst experience with the staff and over all bank. I was the only person in line no one wanted to help me. I ask to speak the manager and she said she was on lunch. I was told to go to one teller she didn’t speak to me. I ended up with the assistance manager he didn’t know how to help me. I’m closing all my accounts with this bank. They steal your money in fees. I did want customer service told me to do and still got charged a maintenance fee. Take your money else where. Staff had Poor customer service, unclean work areas and rude staff. Calling in is no better customer service is just as bad. Don’t open a account here.

Android S55Salima Noorbhai is the sweetest, kindest, most gorgeous, brilliant, caring, honest, ethical, and super knowledgeable banker at First Convenience Bank on Montfort Rd. in Dallas,Tx. She goes out of her way to assist me and all my banking needs. She goes "over and beyond" to make your banking experience a memorable and pleasant one. Always outstanding in everything she does and says. She is so kind to everyone, all the customers and her fellow banker colleagues...very respectable toward everyone...She always has a kind word and a "how are you" to everybody. Everyone loves her! She is the reason i patronize FC Bank and am a member. Salima is truly an asset to First Convenience Bank and because of Salima, i'll always remain with FC Bank and tell everyone about First Convenience Bank! Thank you, First Convenience Bank for Salima Noorbhai!!! A real Angel! Sandra Lee

Patrick Hall5They're starting to do a little better. New employees and manager but I liked the old manager as well. The newer tellers don't take as long to help me and don't argue me ever over redicilous things. The new employees customer service is better.

Jeannette Zimmerman4If you have Student checking or use your debit card regularly, they are good to work with. They don't have checking account fees if you are student or if you use your debit card 8x a month or more. So people like myself who buy lunch for work shouldn't have an issue there. Also, over draft protection is great. The first time I overdrafted they recommended I have a back up account with $20. Best decision I have made. If you accidentally overdraft, it pulls it from that account. Also, if your overdraft is under $2 dollars, they won't charge you. I have been with this bank for 10+ years. I am pleased with the updated up. I live near three stores that I shop at often for this bank. If they had a drive up like BoA, it would be perfect. Also, about customer service, 90% of the staff I have worked with were super friendly. Think about it like this, not every retail clerk will be friendly, how many times have you had rude cashiers at Walmart? They used to be 7p-7a, but with digital banking, it's been okay. Good Money order prices as well.

Karen Belanger5I've been with First Convenience Bank now for almost four years. I've moved around a LOT but this is by far the best branch. In fact the manager from the previous branch I banked at moved over here. Always accommodating, efficient, polite, and available to take care of what you need. From the manager to the tellers always a pleasant experience.

Travis Lund1There is always a line at this location. Once I came here and there were only two tellers with a line of people out the door and one of the two tellers said “it’s my lunch time” and left the one person by herself. It takes them SO long to perform the simplest task, like depositing a check into your account. I have to wait while they type and press buttons for over 6-7 minutes?!?!

Craig Leonard Jr1They don’t close at 7:00 pm but they advertise that, the tellers are lazy and always gathered in a group gossiping and debating on who is going to help the next customer… need serious training

Katherine Williams1I will not be using this branch any more. I've been with 1st National Bank of Texas for over 10 years now, and this is by far the worst branch I've ever used. For one, they NEVER check my id when I withdraw money. Never have in the multiple withdrawals I've done in the past two months. They turned me away when I arrived at 6:06pm, because now they close at 6pm instead of 7pm. They were open till 7pm at least a month ago. So much for "Convenience" with this branch.

Donna Moore5Went to bank this a.m. with my husband. Glory Mamuya was the teller that assisted us. Already she was multitasking. However, kept us as the priority! We thought the "log in" issue was satisfied so we left happy and went on to do some shopping. As we shopped we also attempted to log in, but were unsuccessful. When we returned to the teller desk Glory was not the only present employee. Again though on a call. Glory assisted us with expediency. She went above and beyond to ensure we would not leave before double checking and satisfying our request. I am very pleased today with Ms. Mamuya's exceptional customer service. Tarrence & Mrs Parker
