  In the world of businesses that now farm and pay for Google reviews, Know that this one is honest and heartfelt from an actual customer who conducted business with Eddie Holt. After having adverse experiences with 2 other lenders due to questionable business practices, Fictitious titles (I actually personally spoke to a Vice President on a first phone call), and non existent communication my wife and I were ready to hang up the year long home buying effort figuring it just wasn't time for us when our realtor suggested we give Eddie a call. Just to be clear, Qualifying to buy a home and time frame to close was not the issues my wife and I were concerned about. We have high standards of professionalism, service, and knowledge anytime we deal with anyone who presents themselves as a professional in any role in the finance world. On the first call I knew Eddie was our guy. Eddie knows his products inside, out, and backwards. He was responsive 100% of the time, knew the answers to all our questions, and never tried to sell us or talk us in to anything we didn't want. He took the time to listen to us and learn what we needed and our principles on how we conduct business. No other person throughout the process did this for us, even our realtor. We are now in our new home, which we love, all thanks to the fact that there are still people like Eddie in the finance world. Eddie is a true professional with integrity and morals. He holds himself to a high standard and values his clients that we works with. Thank you Eddie for being the exception to the rule in today's predatory financial services industry. If you are buying a home, even if you have already been working with a lender, give Eddie a call and see if it doesn't feel more like your dealing with a guide and teacher than the salesman you have been working with.

  Eddie was recommended to us by our realtor when buying our first home. We could not have made a better decision than deciding to work with him. Eddie was always more than willing to do everything he could to help us through the process. Eddie made the process as efficient and streamlined as possible. We found ourselves having to contact him in the evenings most of the time due to our work schedules and he was always more than happy to talk and discuss anything that we needed. If we ever go through another home buying process Eddie will be our first choice for a mortgage lender!
