Corey Conley1Horrible experience. My company uses Edcor for tuition reimbursement, and after being a student for only 2 semesters I have to unfortunately consider dropping out of school. I have yet to receive a dime for any of my classes even thought I have supplied the proper documentation. Working full time and going to school is already a challenging task, when you add the lack of financial support, and just the sheer BS you deal with Edcor, it's not right or fair.
Response from the ownerCorey - we are sorry for the challenges you are experiencing and definitely do not want to discourage you from your education. Please send an email to [email protected] with your full name, company name and transaction ID number. Someone will review and get back to you ASAP. Update: It has been several days with no further follow up as suggested above, we will take that to mean that your situation has been resolved. If not however, please contact us as stated previously. Thank you

Lenore Wooten1Worst company EVER. On my final semester they are repeatedly denying my application for no reason! And when I appeal it with more documentation uploaded, the customer service rep tells me they aren't able to see the uploaded documentation and it doesn't count. Why tf does edcor's site tell me to upload it then? Seriously about to get a lawyer to deal with Edcor. I am out over $2k and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get any customer service! Worst company ever!

Lenore Wooten1Absolutely ridiculously difficult to get anything done with Edcor. Not only is it impossibily complicated, but customer service can't help you either. Every single semester they make the process as difficult as possible. Edit 4/6/22- Edcor now owes me over $2k for my final semester and they are claiming anything possible to delay and avoid payment. Entering lawyer territory now. It's been over 5 months going around and around with them just over this one semester reimbursement. God awful. Worse than an insurance company.

Latasha11 star isn't doing justice for this extremely bootleg company. If you want to be given the run around and constant excuses, then Edcor is for you. There should be no reason why it's taking over a month to get a simple payment processed. Save yourself the headache and money, DO NOT do business with Edcor!!
Response from the ownerLatasha, we are sorry there appears to be an issue. If you would like to send us your full name, email address, company name and Transaction ID you are referencing to [email protected] we can investigate further. Thank you

Kaytlyn Saunders1Edcor is the worst tuition disbursement company I have ever had to work with for my employer. I went on maternity leave for 5 months and they denied me my tuition disbursement since I didn’t submit my information by 90 days after the class ended. When 90 days arrived I wasn’t able to submit my classes since you aren’t able to until you come back from maternity leave. It’s been a continuous hassle. Each class and semester I continuously have issues with them denying my request while providing poor customer service and a poor explanation. It’s a never ending problem circle with Edcor.
Response from the ownerHello Kaytlyn, We are sorry to read you are having difficulty with your payment request. We did review your history and unfortunately the denial was due to you receiving a grant for the entire tuition amount. Your company policy does not allow for payments to be made on money covered by a grant. Additionally, the late submission is again a benefit policy requirement that we must follow. It is always are intention to provide good service, again we are sorry for your frustration.

Gregory Fleck1Probably the worst tuition reimbursement company I have ever worked with First they are extremely hard to contact by phone. Long wait times and even online chat takes forever to start After you do get to chat or speak with a rep although they are polite the company is very unrealistic in what the want and will not work with you to resolve an issue Takes forever to resolve anything and they are very slow to respond it takes days to hear back from them
Response from the ownerGregory, we are sorry for the difficulty you are experiencing. We are currently experiencing longer than normal wait times due to extremely high volume at this time of year. However, we do work hard to make the interaction a positive one. Unfortunately, Edcor does not set the requirements as to what is needed to be approved, that is set by the employer, we ensure compliance. If you would like to email us directly at [email protected] and include your full name, contact information, employer name and the tracking ID you are referring to we would be happy to investigate further. Thank you

Jake1Notice how every positive rating arrived at the same time and has no review attached... Edcor is a cheapest-in-class option. Although they perform an important service that many have benefited from, they are competitive because of - or rather, despite - cutting a lot of corners that people have come to expect from modern service applications: an intuitive and fast user interface (it's slow and confusing), a trouble ticket system (every communication is a completely new conversation), and email communications (you have to call and talk to an actual human... in 2020). It's hard to make a $4000/yr education benefit feel cheap, but Edcor manages to do so.

Shannon Diggs1Repeatedly taking way longer than needed for processing. Outrageous rejection reasons. I wish my company went with someone else.
Response from the ownerSheann, we are sorry for your difficulty. If you would please reach out via [email protected] with your name, contact information and company name we would be happy to investigate the situation further to see if we can provide a resolution or more information. Thank you

Josh Edgar1They're hot garbage. Poor support, barely functioning website, and they don't even know their customers' own policies and deny applications for the wrong reasons to make you resubmit it again. I've submitted several complaints to my firm's contract officer about them. They are a disgrace. Do NOT hire them to serve your company.

Vicky Wright1I'm trying to use this company for my organization and I can't get them to call me or email me back. I've left 4 voicemails and have sent 4 emails (at least). If I'm trying to provide business to them and they won't respond, what will they be like when I am an actual customer? Moving on.
Response from the ownerVicky we are so sorry we didn’t receive your previous emails. We did receive the one from today and we have since responded. We try to always be responsive and can assure you this was a one-off situation. We hope you will give us a chance. Thank you
