  Econolend is one of the best companies out there that gives you a second chance to finance. Justin the branch manager was the best he helped me get into a car that I really liked I would recommend this company to anyone. The staff is really friendly never have any issues with them there always there to help when I need them.

  I wouldn't even give this econolend 1 star but i had to in order to write my review. My daughter got into a serious car accident a couple months ago. My daughter has been financing her car & she has full coverage insurance along with GAP coverage. My daughter pays the car payment on time or early every month. She's been trying to get in touch with this company to get the proper paperwork since her car got totalled. The branch manager JUSTIN K. QUINTANA was extremely rude with my daughter. He wouldn't let her finish a simple sentence instead he kept cutting her off or just start talking over her. He is extremely rude & needs to either get trained better or he should get fired. Every employee at econolend new mexico needs to be retrained or fired! Today i went in to econolend to drop off the police report for my daughter because she doesn't have a car it got totalled. I let the front desk woman know why i was there. (she's a bigger size woman with long light brown hair & drawn on black eye brows) She refused to give me her name, she refused to take responsibility for herself, her branch manager Justin K. Quintana's actions. I asked where or who can i file a complaint with, her & a male coworker said it won't matter who complains about them because they'll never get fired, nothing will happen to them! I was in shock that this business hires people like them! The way they spoke with my daughter & myself is absolutely unbelievable. My daughter pays econolend new mexico good money & for them to escalate & argue with the customers is absolutely appalling. I will never ever advise even my worst enemy to do business with econolend new mexico. I'd never send family or friends to deal with such rude & disrespectful people from this company. Every employee needs better training or get fired.

  For people with bad credit it’s good to get into a car but they only give you more troubles. During the pandemic they’ve turned my vehicle off without working with me. I will never use them again so if your thinking on getting a car use other methods. Worst experience ever!

  Justin and Michelle are very kind always help us when we need it, i love this company for giving us a chance just wish they would refinance only complaint other then that I highly recommend

  I like this place. Only place that would finance my truck. Everyone who answers respectful. And payments are easy to pay online.
